Terms:
Payment Terms: Cash, cheque, money order, e-transfer, Mastercard or Visa.
On approval of a credit application, a net 30 day account will be opened. All payments are to be made from the invoice on or before 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments will be charged 1.5% per month. Delinquent accounts are subject to an automatic credit hold and/or C.O.D. shipment.
A $75.00 service charge applies to cheques returned for any reason.

Tax:
Applicable taxes will be charged on all orders.

Shipping:
Product will normally be shipped by the most economical means within 24 hours of receipt of order. Assembled clubs within 72 hours. Specialty items may take longer.
Minimum shipping or delivery charge is $9.50.

Warranty:
GOLFSTAR products carry a one year warranty against defects in the materials or workmanship provided they are used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions and receive proper care. GOLFSTAR reserves the right to repair or replace defective merchandise after inspection by our technicians. Warranty is null and void on delinquent accounts.

Claims:
Claims for damages, or shortages in an order must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. Any item that is received in a damaged condition must be reported by the customer to both the carrier and GOLFSTAR immediately.

Returned Merchandise:
Returned merchandise will not be accepted by GOLFSTAR without prior authorization from the company.
All returns must be pre-paid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Inactive Accounts:
Accounts which have had no activity within two (2) years will be removed from our system. Customers placing orders after that time will be treated as new accounts and credit will have to be re-established.
